This weekend I had the privilege of completing my CrossFit level 1 certification with the great Coach Glassman and his fantastic team of Nicole, Dave, Todd, Jimmy and Jolie. A special thanks goes out to Commando Steve from CrossFit Effects Sydney for his truely awe inspiring performances and hospitality.
