Alternating every minute on the minute:

1 x Thruster the 1st minute Men 40kg, Women 30kg
2 x Burpee's the second minute
3 x Thrusters the 3rd minute
4 x Burpee's the 4th minute
etc....

Continue alternating from Thrusters to Burpees, adding one rep each passing minute. You have the entire minute to complete the work required
