Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

5 Rounds
(Increase loads every set & do not put the bar down in your sequence sets)
Rest between sets as needed.

Yeah mate its the heaviest thing I can find so far. Running out of ideas though besides wod with pull ups push up sit ups and sqauts. Oh and skipping.
