Gary started CrossFit around five weeks ago after a conversation with me about
how he had been an Army cadet and was playing with the thought of joining again.
Only problem was, Gary had fallen into a bit of a slump of drinking, eating bad food and definitely not exercising.
But Gary has something that is hard to train in people and some never get it at all, tenacity.
Gary had multiple run in's with Pukie the clown, and to his credit would pick himself up and finish his workouts. Gary has the makings of a soldier that I would want protecting my country and family. Keep up the great work mate!
Gary just tackled Cindy Rx'd for the first time managing 12 rounds 5 pull ups. Not a bad effort at all for a guy who a month ago stopped to throw up after a 400m run.
