
Handstand thursday!
Spend 20 minutes practicing your handstand. Find a soft mat, grass or a wall and give them a go. If you can't do a handstand, you can try a piked handstand just like pictures above. The lower the box the easier the handstand. Just remember to try and keep the hips up high while you do your static hold or Hanstand push up. Practicing your handstands is a great way to building up to doing wods Rx'd that have handstand push ups.
