Gary has ribs?
I found out Gary has ribs in a session this morning when he blew his shirt off from pure awesomeness. Jokes aside Gaz, good work mate. Look at your blowfish twin in the before photo.

LCC got a coulpe of new people Wayne and Narelle that walked into Tabata This session as a first workout. Hope you guys are walking ok and keep toughing it out. Next time you see them at training please introduce yourself.
