Thrusters Please!!!
100 x Thrusters Men 40kg, Women 30kg
To begin the workout and at the top of every minute:
3 x Burpee's
3 x Knees to Elbows
You have the remainder of each minute to complete as many thrusters as possible. Continue until you have completed all 100 Thrusters. The first Thruster of each set must come from the ground.

Top effort Bob. Give the 100 thrusters a run mate. God came down and helped me do the last seven thrusters.

Gday CFB. Was one of those wods that scared the hell out of me(cos I suck at thrusters)and excited me cos I knew I was going to have a great workout. In the end time was better than I had thought I'd get 14m45 rxd. Watched Matt do it in 12 sets and was impessed. So I was happy to only be a couple of minutes behind. See you guys next week at CFX
