As many rounds in 20 mins:
5 medball cleans 10/6kg
10 Push ups
15 KB swings

Nat R. 14 rounds 2 cleans
Gary C. 8 rounds (2 rounds with swings, 6 rounds jump chins instead of chins)

Ouch. My back just didn't want to co-operate. Cleans and then swings was too much for this sook.
